  1. Getting enough exercise in the fresh air tends to works for me. I never slept as well as during basic military training…

    …right up until the instructors woke us up, of course. 😉

My personal aid against insomnia is a shoutcast (streaming audio) from Digitally Imported, especially the Chillout stream, which is repetitive and ambient, what I like to call audio counting sheep. I’m at the point where I beam the music wireless-ly from the computer up to the stereo near my bed.

    Of course what do I know? I’ve just spent my entire night playing Day of the Tentacle and not getting any sleep so far.

    Do Pirate Unicorns look different than usual when seen at 3am?
