1. Dude, seriously. I would sleep easier in a world with that Spider-Man in it. Movie. Was. AWESOME.

   1. Yes. …though I haven’t seen the movie yet. Tomorrow.

3. Loved the elevator scene. Classic Raimi.

   1. I got my money’s worth in the good doctor’s wake-up scene, in the hospital. That entire thing was an homage to Evil Dead.

      1. A bit of trivia from IMDB: The surgeon who comments: “Anyone take shop?” is John Landis, director of such wonderful films like “Animal House,” “The Blues Brothers,” “An American Werewolf in London,” and others.

4. The elevator. The hospital. The bank. “This is really heavy.” The apartment fire. The end. All great. All delightful.

   But… the TRAIN, and how that ended up. I’m going back THIS MORNING to see the movie AGAIN, and THAT’S THE PART I’M MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO.

   1. Yup. Yup. Yup. LOL. Yup. Yup.

      The TRAIN. Wow. And not just “cool effects” wow.

   2. I’m currently working as a train operator, and I had to suppress the “That’s NOT the way that would happen!” reflex. But once I did… yes. the TRAIN.

      That was one of the best action scenes I’ve seen. Hollywood is finally learning to make fight scenes that actually depict semi-human/superhuman characters doing things they would do instead of just things that a human would do, and as such.
